Swiss Innovation Meets Japan
It was a proud moment for the global Pickleball community: Pickleball Corner showcased the sport at the US Pavilion of EXPO 2025 Osaka, introducing thousands of visitors to Pickleball for the very first time. Together with US-based partner ELEVENO, a full morning of games and demonstrations turned curiosity into excitement — proving how accessible and social Pickleball truly is.
Using the CourtPro Roll-Out Court, the team transformed the area in front of the pavilion into a full-scale court within minutes. The flexibility and simplicity of this portable system drew attention from media and guests alike, showing how Pickleball can thrive anywhere — indoors, outdoors, or even at a world expo.
Connecting People Through Sport
“Pickleball is movement, joy, and connection,” says Dominik Kuhn, founder of Pickleball Corner.
“At EXPO 2025, we showed that anyone can play, anywhere — and that’s exactly what makes this sport so powerful.”
For Kuhn, who is also the only Level-2 PPR Certified Coach in Switzerland, the Osaka activation reflects the company’s mission: to make Pickleball accessible and exciting worldwide.
From Pickleball Hub locations in Switzerland to new communities in Singapore, Pickleball Corner continues to build bridges between continents — uniting players through shared energy and passion for the game.
A Global Sport with Local Passion
The EXPO 2025 Osaka, themed “Designing Future Society for Our Lives”, expects over 28 million visitors. Having Pickleball featured on such a global stage is a milestone — not just for the sport, but for the growing Pickleball movement in Asia.
For Singapore, it’s an inspiring sign of what’s to come: more courts, more players, and more chances to connect through Pickleball.
