Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Refund:
Customers may request a refund for pickleball equipment purchased through our online store under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The product does not match the description provided on the website.
2. Timeframe for Refund Requests:
Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund unless required by law.
3. Process for Returning Products:
To initiate a refund, customers must contact us and send photos and videos upon unwrapping the parcel. Please contact contact@pickleballcorner.sg to request a return.
Products must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, labels, and accessories (unless defective).
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Inspection and Approval of Return:
Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions for a valid refund.
If the product is approved for return, a refund will be processed within 5 business days, to the original method of payment.
5. Exclusions from Refund:
Refunds are not applicable for items that have been used, damaged due to improper handling, or altered in any way.
Refunds are not applicable due to a change of mind.
Products marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional items will not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise specified.
6. Exchange Option:
If a product is defective or damaged, customers may choose to receive an exchange for the same or similar product instead of a refund, subject to availability. We will bear the cost for shipping.
7. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees paid during the initial purchase are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
8. Legal Rights:
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights to refunds or replacements for faulty or misdescribed products.
